Tombpunk Book Replacement and Missing Packages

Hey punks! This page is designed to be a convenient hub for contacting me about your issues or questions regarding TOMBPUNK and rewards from the Kickstarter. Have a defective book or missing items/package? Send me a message! Read on for the current plan/situation regarding replacements!

 

LATE PLEDGE COMPLETION:

If you have more recently completed the pledge manager for your reward, your order has NOT shipped yet, due to the discovery of more widespread binding issues and the decision to do a replacement print run. I will be reaching out to you individually about your preference, but feel free to send me a message here. We have two options:

  1. I can send you your rewards now. It will include a book from the first print run that I have inspected, but there is a chance that the defect may show itself after you get it. In that case, you will be able to purchase a replacement copy at a steep discount.

  2. I can wait and send you your reward after we get the new print run.

MISSING ITEMS:

If you are missing items from your order, please send me a message listing what you are missing as well as your current correct address. I will get them sent out to you as soon as I can.

MISSING ORDER:

If your order has been marked as shipped, or you have not received a tracking number, please send me a message with your updated address and tracking number (If you have it). I will work to track it down on my end, but realistically, everyone should have theirs by now, so I will likely need to send out a replacement package. If this is the situation, I’ll reach out to you with the same options as the Late Pledge Completion folks:

DEFECTIVE BOOK:

If you are one of the backers with a defective binding, I have made a list of people who have already contacted me - HOWEVER - if you could complete this form and send it to me, I would appreciate it. This will be sent to a different storage location that will help me when it comes time to send replacements.

The plan for replacements:

In October, we will be running a Kickstarter to fund a completely new print run of the book. It will not have any substantive changes to the content; it is purely to print a run of durable copies without the defective binding issues. We will also be running a new adventure book alongside it. Once this is complete, I will get the wheels turning on a new print run from a different (US-Based) printer. Once complete, we will start sending out replacement books for those who need them. We will also offer new copies to prior backers at a steep discount for folks who do not have a defective book, but want a copy of the new run.

Timeline:

Right now, the plan is to have the new books printed and sent out by Christmas. I will update this page and the project if that changes.
